Event Details

This stone fruit post harvest workshop will present timely information for the Florida stone fruit industry as acreage and production acreage increases.

We will cover a range of topics from stone fruit cultivars to harvesting, sanitation, packing lines for stone fruit, and postharvest disorders, and include speakers from both the University of Florida and the University of California at Davis.
